Crater Lake + 2017 Solar Eclipse

Just north of the Sierra Mountains an active volcano marks the beginning of another mountain range. The Cascades stretch from Lassen National Park in Northern California all the way into Canada. This ponderosa covered range is dotted with several volcanoes, both active and inactice. Just across the border in Oregon is Crater Lake National Park, a six mile wide volcanic crater filled with some of the bluest water in the world. It was here that we watched the 2017 Solar Eclipse.
